RELS ENCLOSED LOADING SPOUTS

RELS-(Enclosed Loading) Retractable Loading Spouts are the most durable, functionally sound, versatile and easy to operate spouts available. For safe, dependable dust free loading of free flowing bulk materials into enclosed trucks, railroad cars, barges etc. Available in a variety of sizes and travel options to meet your specific needs. Standard design features include a three cable lift system, externally mounted motor, gear box and control panels, abrasion resistant steel inlet venturi and stacking cones and easy access to internal drive train components and travel limit switches. Ask about our innovative single soft-cable design as well. These spouts can be used in conjunction with horizontal spout positioners (to facilitate accurate location of the spout in either a single or dual axis configuration) as well as with a variety of remote or integral dust collection equipment. Customization options are virtually endless!

ROLS OPEN LOADING SPOUT

ROLS-(Open Loading) Retractable Loading Spouts are similar in functionality and versatility to the ELS spouts. They are designed for loading free flowing bulk materials into open trucks, railroad cars, barges as well as open stockpiling. An overlapped rubber skirting attached to the scavenger helps to contain dust from the loaded material. Available in a variety of sizes and travel options to meet your specific needs. Customization options are virtually endless!

RDLS-(Drum Loading) Retractable Loading Spouts are for loading 55 gallon drums and other small containers with free flowing bulk materials. They can be used in conjunction with flow control knife gates and drum conveying and locating equipment. Retraction and extension of these spouts is achieved with (3) three pneumatic cylinder actuators.

OCLS-(Open Container Loading) Retractable Loading Spouts are also for loading 55 gallon drums and other small containers with free flowing bulk materials. They can be used in conjunction with flow control knife gates and drum conveying and locating equipment. Retraction and extension of these spouts is achieved with a single pneumatic cylinder actuator and a (2) two cable lift system.

SCLS-Stacking Cylinder Loading Spouts are for use in abrasive and/or large sized particulate loading applications where high tonnage loading capacities are needed. They are also useful in high wind situations. Available in a wide variety of sizes and travel options. Heavy duty construction combined with ease of operation make these spouts an excellent choice in maximum duty industrial material handling.An overlapped rubber skirting attached to the scavenger helps to contain dust from the loaded material.
