SBSD SYMMETRIC DIVERTERSSBSD- Straight Blade Symmetric Diverters are available in 30
and 45 degree symmetric configurations. Available with pneumatic
(pictured) or
electric cylinder actuators. These units are designed for diverting
gravity flow of materials where it is not necessary to have complete
sealing between legs, blade seals can be provided to minimize leakage.
Not designed for cutting through a standing column of material. Heavy
duty construction and a variety of construction materials are available
to ensure long life and consistant functionality. A variety of sizes
and flanged inlet and outlets configurations are also available.
SBOD OFFSET DIVERTERSSBOD- Straight Blade Offset Diverters are available with the same construction features and options as the symmetric diverters.
SBTD TRI DIVERTERSSBTD- Straight Blade Tri Diverters are available with the same construction features and options as the symmetric & offset diverters.
PDV PNEUMATIC DUMP VALVESPDV- Pneumatic Dump Valves (or Flapper Gates) are commonly used in conjunction with dust collection equipment and are designed for use in high temperature and high abrasion applications. Valves are also available with electric actuators. Can be built with or without a gravity operated counterbalance arm, which can be used independantly of the actuator. Blades and inlet liner seats are both machined to optimize seal and minimize leakage.
CSGP CLAM SHELL GATESCSGP- Clam Shell Gates are typically used for cutting off or regulating material flow when loading hoppers, bins, conveyors and other containers. The dual cylinder version optimizes structural integrity and closing force. Actuation is by two heavy-duty, pivot-mounted, double acting pneumatic cylinders. A variety of sizes and bolt patterns are available to meet individual needs. Simplicity of design ensures minimal build-up of particulate.
CRGP CAM ROLLER KNIFE GATESCRGP- Cam Roller Knife Gates (or slide gate). A knife gate valve provides a quick and efficient method for controlling the flow of free flowing materials. Actuation can be manual, rack and pinion, electrical or pneumatic (pictured).These units are typically used on various types of gravity feed applications, such as at the discharge of dust collectors, cyclones, silos, hoppers and screw conveyors. In addition, the knife gate valve can be used in conjunction with a rotary valve or diverter valve for maintenance purposes.In this case, the knife gate valve would be positioned above the rotary valve or diverter valve and used to stop the flow of material so maintenance can be done on the valve beneath. Heavy duty AR steel gate blades, UHMW side gate slides, PTFE seal material and cam rollers are standard on most models.
