WBDC WATER BATH DUST COLLECTORS
WBDC- Water Bath Dust Collectors are designed for
the removal and containment of dust particles from industrial
processes. Particulate is drawn through a 5-stage filtration system and
collected as sludge at the bottom of the unit. A tortuous path mist
collector can be removed for cleaning. In many cases the clean
air can be returned directly back into the facility to facilitate
energy savings. Heavy duty construction and stainless steel scrubber
components guarantee long life. Maintenance is minimal and removal of
collected sludge is through a single access door. Single cone units are
available from 1000 to 3000 cfm at 5" external w.g. Water level is
controlled by an electronic differential pressure system. A wide
variety of options are available upon request, such as Stainless Steel
construction, and multiple exhaust and motor/blower combinations.

Multiple cone units are available from 4000 to 30000 cfm at 8"
external w.g. Maintenance is minimal and removal of collected sludge is
through front access doors. Tortuous path mist collectors can be
removed for cleaning. Fork slot base frame construction is standard. A
wide variety of options are available
upon request, such as Stainless Steel construction, and sludge
conveyors for continuous removal of sludge in heavy loading situations.

WBDC-DDWS Water Bath Dust Collector-Down Draft Work Stations are
available in single and multiple cone units. Available from 1000 to
12500 cfm at 3"
external w.g. Maintenance is minimal and removal of collected sludge is
achived by removal of the bench grating. Tortuous path mist
collectors can be
removed for cleaning. Fork slot base frame construction is standard. A
wide variety of options are available
upon request, such as Stainless Steel construction, side panels and
hoods (with a variety of lighting, tooling and access options) tool
shelves and adjustable foot rests.
BAG FILTER
DUST COLLECTORS
BFDCTC(Top Connection) & BFDCHC (Hopper
Connection) Bag Filter Dust Collectors are designed for direct or
indirect
connection to loading spouts and horizontal spout positioners. Hopper
Connection units are for direct connection to product flow conveyor systems.
Integral
motor/blower assembly and pulse jet technology is standard. A wide
variety of filter media materials are available to suit your
application. Heavy duty construction guarantees long life. Filter
access is through (2) quick release access doors.
INTEGRAL FILTER DUST
COLLECTORS
BFDC- (Bag Filter Dust Collector) Bag Filter Dust Collectors are designed for direct or indirect
connection to product flow conveyor systems, loading spouts and
horizontal spout positioners. Pulse jet technology is standard.
Integral
motor/blower assemblies are optional. A wide
variety of filter media materials are available to suit your
application. Heavy duty construction guarantees long life. Filter
access is through (1) or more quick release access doors.

BFBVDC- (Bag Filter Bin Vent Dust Collector) Bag Filter Bin Vent Dust Collectors are designed for direct
connection to storage silos. Pulse jet technology is standard.
Integral
motor/blower assemblies are optional. A wide
variety of filter media materials are available to suit your
application. Heavy duty construction guarantees long life. Filter
access is through (1) or more quick release access doors.

CARTRIDGE FILTER
DUST COLLECTORS
AWDC- (Air Wall Dust Collector) Air Wall Dust Collectors are designed to capture particulate in work booths where welding, sanding, grinding, polishing and mixing operations are conducted. Pulse jet technology is standard.
Integral
motor/blower assemblies are standard. A
variety of filter media materials are available to suit your
application. Heavy duty construction guarantees long life. Filter
access is through (2) aluminum louver intake panels. Available in 6000, 8000, 12,000 and 16,000 cfm units. Booth design, including lighting and other amenities is available.

WSDC- (Work Station Dust Collector) Work Station Dust Collectors are used for removal of particulate
from sanding, grinding, polishing and other operations atop a
grated bench work station. Pulse-jet collectors can treat high
dust loadings and operate at constant pressure drop due to the
short duration of the reverse pulse. Particulate laden gas flows
from the outside to the inside of the filters, and then out the gas
exhaust. The particles are collected on the outside of the filters
and drop into a drawer below the filters. During pulse-jet cleaning,
a short burst of high pressure air is blown through the top of the
filters and establishes a shock wave that continues onto the
bottom of the filter. The wave flexes the fabric and then snaps it
back dislodging the dust cake that has collected. The cleaning
cycle is regulated by a remote timer connected to a solenoid valve.
